Has the new year brought you more than just time to use today?

Almost everywhere in the world, the arrival of the New Year is welcomed with great pomp, and even celebrated in religion and society with sacred rituals, carols, gifts and lots of fun. But I ask myself, as a man with a certain amount of common sense, and I think I would like to learn more about common sense so that I can then practice at least some of the things I have learned: has the year that ended not long ago brought me anything? You will have had some achievements, you will say. That depends. But what has the year itself contributed to the achievements that, thanks to the power and gifts that come from God, have knocked at my door? Come to think of it, the previous year and the ones that have gone before haven't even brought me time, I would say. I don't intend to complain by saying that. As we know, time can and does exist anyway. Regardless of the calendar. Just as the clock measures the units of time, according to the measurements that have been given to it, so does

What does it really mean to take care of your business?

,,Mind your own business!" - how many times have we not heard this savanto reply often said to the nerves of some people who simply asked us for a grain of attention, because, of course, they were more or less aware that they had something to say.

But what does it literally mean to do your job?

Is it just a simple call to silence and shows us a classic state of quiet reservation?

Risky to say, rather not.

To take care of your job means first of all to withdraw with dignity, smoothness and calm from a discussion where you manage to feel that you have nothing to look for where you are not approved, or in a discussion whose subject is beyond you. Even worse, when the interlocutors are so smart and loving their neighbor, that they attract your attention with respect take care of your business.

It is noteworthy that quite a few people who use the classic expression: - Take care of your business! , in reality, they just want to get out of the discussion and just let them talk - a perfectly legitimate thing anyway.

We should not feel unjust at all when asked to do so, but by showing humility and deep respect for people, and by smiling warmly and as genuinely as possible at them, we would do good to ourselves in the first place. Let's get out of the discussion and do exactly what the person who addressed us asked us to do, not out of an absurd desire to please others, but to keep our inner peace, joy and harmony in our dealings with others. Why do people act this way when it seems to them that a stranger is interfering in their conversation, instead of receiving him with kindness and pleasure? That's why!

Many are afraid of contact with strangers; a fear left behind by the partially deficient education received in the first years of life from her parents, who also internalized it from the relationship with their parents and other people they came in contact with.

Far from the sharp and rather often uneducated way it is uttered, the phrase "take care of your business" nevertheless reflects a universally valid truth: seeing our work is the most useful and healthiest thing to do, among the few. which define us as human beings, and through which we can build both our present and our future.

Does it make sense for me to take care of myself — consciously and decisively — to see only my own and not be interested in others at all? If the answer is yes, my mental health is quite affected and I would do well to go talk to a psychologist. Finding a therapist dedicated to your profession and helping others is a wonderful thing when I notice that I have one or more mental health issues. In fact, that's what I'm supposed to do. But the fact that from time to time at least I look at others instead of just sitting like a turtle in a shell, does it mean that I have not learned to do my job? Not at all!

Seeing my work means observing - even outside - some things that are not going well, putting them under my own magnifying glass, learning from them that repeating them brings me nothing but the same result-fixed the same mess on who see it from the outside!

I need to detect dirt so I don't step on the light bulb.

And how do I detect it? Simply when I see her!

Dirt and stupidity are found almost everywhere! In almost every environment on earth, including families, misery and stupidity abound!

I'd better try to notice them in my life and family so I can't repeat them!

That gives me something to look forward to!
